First reserve the San Francisco Foreign Language City Tour. We will reserve the Alcatraz Ferry Tickets for you as a second reservation. There will be 2 credit card charges. 1 for the City Tour and 1 for the Alcatraz Ferry.
INSTRUCTIONS: You reserve your Foreign Language City Tour Online - We will reserve Alcatraz as Second Tour on Same Day for you.
San Francisco City Tour includes full narration. Hotel pick up and return in San Francisco is included: Hotel List We do not currently pick up from the Airport or East bay area hotels.

Fisherman's Wharf or pick up from your San

Upon arrival at Fisherman's Wharf you will start with the Foreign Language City Tour and then continue to Pier 33 and the Alcatraz Ferry and Tour in the afternoon.
Children and Seniors:
Children rates apply to ages 5 to 11 years old. Seniors 62+ for discount.
Payment: Payment in advance by major credit card; Visa, American Express, Mastercard or Discover Card.
Confirmation & Travel Vouchers
For every confirmed booking you will receive 2 e-mails with your E-Ticket Vouchers - when both parts of your combo tour booking
are confirmed. Please present the 1st E-Ticket voucher at the Tour Office for your City Tour. The 2nd email will be your reservation and receipt for the Alcatraz ferry.
Alcatraz Tickets are held at Pre-Paid Will Call:
Your Alcatraz boarding tickets will be held at the Alcatraz Cruises Dock at PIER 33.
When you present your Alcatraz Voucher, picture ID and credit card used on the reservation transaction the boarding tickets will be issued. Be sure to show up 30 to 45 minutes before
your Alcatraz cruise! Tickets may not be picked up prior to the tour date.

IMPORTANT: ALCATRAZ FERRY AND AUDIO TOUR: ALL ALCATRAZ SALES ARE FINAL The National Park Pass is not applicable to the Alcatraz Tour. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations. You may purchase up to 8 tickets on the web. Alcatraz is a National Park and does not offer any refunds or discounts.
IMPORTANT: CITY TOUR: Foreign Language City Tour cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations of the City Tour prior to 24 hours are charged a $25.00 per person administration fee. No shows will be charged.
