After 37 years of annual + visits to SFO, this was her 1st bay cruise (I did a Red & White for a company event). Couple highlights, great day for viewing and a very nice 75 minute trip (we pad for the 90 minute tour - this one was cut short. The snack bar was not stocked very well. Some TLC cleaning and painting would be in order. The tape narration was out out of sink a couple of times.

The tour was good, the water was choppy, and it was very cold outside. When you went inside area of the boat you could not hear the narrator. That was the only downfall to the tour.Vicky M., United States, 05-2009

Ferry departs from Pier 39 at San Francisco's Fishermans's Wharf. The entrance to PIER 39 features a passenger and taxi loading zone. PIER 39 has convenient visitor parking in the PIER 39 Garage, located directly across the street from the Entrance Plaza. The PIER 39 Garage is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Handicapped Accessibility: Vessel has enclosed main decks that are wheelchair accessible. However, open air exterior portions of these vessels are only accessible by stairs. All vessel have accessible restroom facilities however wheelchair tie-downs are not currently available.
