• Weekdays September 6 - October 30: 11:45am, 1:00pm, 2:45pm, 4:00pm.

• Weekends: 11:00am, 12:00pm, 12:30pm, 4:15pm, 3:00pm, 3:45pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm, 6:45pm.

Cruise Schedule: Nov 1 - May 9th 2012

• Weekday: 12:00pm, 1:15pm, 2:30pm and 4:00pm

• Weekends up to March 11: 10:45am, 12:00pm, 1:15pm, 1:45pm, 2:30pm, 3:15pm, 4:15pm

• Weekends March 12 - May 9: 10:45am, 12:00pm, 1:15pm, 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:15pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm.

Aquarium of the Bay's Operation Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

• Friday - Sunday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

• Memoral Day - Labor Day: Daily from 9:00am - 8:00pm

• Closed Christmas Day

Directions and Parking:

Both Bay Cruise Departure location and the Aquarium of The Bay are located at Pier 39. The entrance to PIER 39 features a passenger and taxi loading zone. PIER 39 has convenient visitor parking in the PIER 39 Garage, located directly across the street from the Entrance Plaza. The PIER 39 Garage is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

You will receive an immediate email confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on your home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers. This service can be booked the day of your travel date.

Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This sale is noit subject to refund or exchange. If service is cancelled due to inclement weather a refund will be issued.

Recommended: Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing. Weather permitting. If seasonal fog obscures the view, cruise route may be altered. Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
