Payment in advance by major credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

Travel Time:
Additional travel time fees apply to destinations outside the San Francisco area.

Travel Fees for Charters Outside of San Francisco

Deposits:
Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy:
6 days or more prior to event - 25% of total cost, 5-1 days prior to event - 50% of total cost, 24 hours prior to event - 100% of total cost.

Order Changes:

Any changes made 5 days or less prior to event is subject to a $50.00 fee per change.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

For every confirmed charter you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher - when your booking is confirmed. Please print this voucher on your home / office printer. Present E-Ticket voucher to the charter driver.
