This tour experience was by far the best tour I have taken part in whilst in the USA. Jeff was fantastic and very knowledgeable with the surroundings. The transportation which he supplied was very comfortable and clean and the food and beverages he supplied were lovely. Would definitely take part in this tour again and well worth the money. From beginning to end, this was one of the best tour experiences ever. Telephone reservations staff were helpful in confirming the operator's availability on the one day we had available. Pick-up at our Oakland hotel was prompt, the vehicle was new and roomy, and Jeff, our guide, could not have been better. We saw most major Yosemite landmarks, had plenty of time for photos, and generally avoided crowds and traffic tie-ups in the park due to Jeff's superior knowledge. We even spotted a bear and her cub. We went in mid-June, when the timing and weather were perfect - all of the park roads were open and the temperatures were in the high 70's & low 80's. My only caution- because we wanted to see it all, it's a strenous day for seniors or anyone prone to motion sickness due to the altitude and winding roads. Fabulous day trip to Yosemite - the guide/driver ensured our safety and comfort at all times and allowed us to see the areas we were most interested in. It was a long drive, but well worth it to see such a beautiful national park. This was the second tour/trip in a week that we had with Jeff. The first tour was the Monterey, Pebble Beach, and Carmel Tour. During both trips Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and very attentive. Jeff had complementary sodas, water, wine, champagne, and snacks. We made many stops along the way to take in the majesty of the mountains, rivers, and waterfalls. Unlike the "bus/van" tours these trips were TOTALLY designed for my husband and me. We didn't have to wait for other people, we could take the time we wanted to enjoy everything we wanted to see and do. The cost was a little more than the bus tour but worth so much more! We'd recommend Jeff's private tours to anyone looking for a fantastic trip. We were lucky to spend 2 days with Jeff as we really enjoyed his company. We selected a private SUV tour to avoid having to wait for a large group of people who would have been part of a coach tour and to make the journey quicker. Jeff, our private guide, was a fantastic guy - we cannot speak highly enough of him or the tour itself to Yosemite - it cost us quite a bit but was worth ever penny. We had free drinks (beer and champagne which we weren't expecting. We had time to look around each site at our leisure, take lots of photos. In our view Yosemite is better than the Grand Canyon which we have been to twice. We will be returning to Yosemite for a longer stay in the future and will be looking to use Jeff again if possible.

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are charged a minimum $25.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
