We enjoyed walking around Chinatown, going thru alleys where we learned of some of the history, went into a fortune cookie factory and watched as they were handmade!!
As we sipped 10 different types of tea at a tea tasking, we learned so much about the many teas, medicinal uses, and locations of where the teas come from. Then walking on towards North Beach, we again learned about some of the historic buildings and surroundings. The Dim Sum and pizza were great. It was difficult to hear the Guide as we walked.
The Dim Sum Rest. was ok.
The Fortune Cooking store people were rather rude and were closing so we should have been there a little earlier.
The Tea stop was interesting.
The Pizza stop was O.K.
Our guide left before we were done eating.

Tours depart from the corner of Grant Avenue and Bush Street in front of the Chinatown Gate. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

The tours are about 7-8 blocks, mostly flat, with 8-9 stops at a nice, easy, leisurely pace.
