The bus is too big - I looked for a smaller tour in a van but couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. It also had people getting on and off so not much continuity. We were stuck in a huge traffic jam on the way back from Monteray and the driver handled it well. We were very late back into San Francisco but he did his best. Driver/Guide was very well informed even to the point of knowing the geological location of the earthquake. He pointed out the crops that were growing through the agricultural acreage. This is just a personal opinion, but it was simply too long for my husband and me. After a long ride, we spent another 45 minutes on the bus as we delivered people to their hotels. The trip to Monterey Carmel Pebble Beach was great. Brilliant scenery drivers commentary was very informative. The time allocated at each stop was just right enough time to have lunch in Monterey and still look around. Guest are asked to meet at The San Francisco Sightseeing Ticket Office at PIER 43 1/2 at Fisherman's Wharf. This is located on the ground Floor of The Franciscan Restaurant. There is ample paid parking lots and very limited metered street parking is available.

Wheelchair facilities are available. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the bus on their own and if the wheelchair can be folded. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Reservation may be cancelled, without penalty, at least 24 Hours prior to the confirmed tour date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
