This tour went above and beyond what I had expected. The cable car driver was very personable and made everyone feel important (like he was actually excited to show us all the spots we visited). I liked how we were able to stop several times to explore certain places like the Golden Gate Bridge. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. I took my sister and niece from Indiana on the tour so that I did not have to do the driving. It was absolutely delightful. Our guide/driver, Romeo, was quite entertaining and provided detailed information and history of the sites. Romeo was quite personable and courteous. We had an amazing time! We had our 6 week old son with us and we found all parts of the tour amazing! Leo, our guide, was so funny, knowledgeable and personable. We're local to the Monterey/Carmel area and he made great conversation with us while we waited for the other passengers to board. There was even an incident with a strange woman who had asked him to move the trolley so she could drive through the parking area. There was an armored car infront of our trolley blocking Leo's ability move at all and she was so nasty towards him. He was jovial and funny and treated her just as my husband and I would have treated her. We laughed about the incident for several hours afterwards because the woman was so ridiculous and Leo was spot on with her! The cable car ride was a great way to see the city and really pleasant experience. The guide was so informative and his passion for the city came through in abundance and his humour was excellent. Board early--the middle group of seats does not allow you to see out of the front (driver's seat totally blocks your view). Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. We would have liked to make more pictures but our seats did not allow for that. Accessibility for older adults was great. Important: This tour does not go across the Golden Gate Bridge. It stops at Fort Point at the base of the Golden Gate Bridge for photo oppurtunities.

Guest are asked to meet at The San Francisco Sightseeing Ticket Office at PIER 39 at Fisherman's Wharf - located along the Embarcadero. There is ample paid parking lots and a parking lot directly across from Pier 39 and very limited metered street parking is available.
Handicapped Accessibility:
- Passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the bus on their own and if the wheelchair can be folded. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Reservation may be cancelled, without penalty, at least 24 Hours prior to the confirmed tour date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
