a good idea to be able to purchase san francisco pass before going on holidayDavid T., United Kingdom, 08-2011
This city pass is definitely the BEST way to go when traveling San Francisco. It includes all the best sites and public transportation is a breeze, just flash your city pass to the driver and get right on. We also got to the front of the line at many attractions with our pass. marshe d., United States, 08-2011
CityPass booklet was definitely worth the price, and the information provided inside was helpful.Lisa P., United States, 07-2011
We only got to use 3 days of our 9 day pass, but had a great time. We had a little trouble finding the location to redeem our vouchers. Staff was very nice & helpful. Only problem we had was that while waiting in line for 30 minutes for the cable car return to our hotel, the cars broke down and we had to try to find a bus stop. Caught a bus after walking 4 blocks and it dropped us off (thanks to some helpful bus riders) a block from our hotel.Greg B., United States, 06-2011
I enjoyed the activities and the use of the Muni pass for public transportation. If you enjoy going to museums, it is worth your while.Judith H., United States, 06-2011
I would recommend this selection of activities for anyone wanting an overview of what San Francisco has to offer. One of the major benefits about the City Pass is it includes use of the public bus and trolley car systems, which worked out great for getting around the city without having to use a car for these and other activities since they are not located closely together.Melinda M., United States, 06-2011
The booklet was well worth the price.Joan S., United States, 01-2011
good trip. I like it very muchHanh N., United States, 11-2010
Citypass was i nice way to see a new city if you are not familiar with it. It worked well in SF as you can park your car and use a variety of public transport to see pretty much the entire city. The vouchers to use for transportation were very handy for jumping on and off. Citypass also offered tickets to plenty of attractions so you could avoid long ticket lines. overall very satisfied.matt e., United States, 09-2010
Having the transportation pass was very helpful. The participating sites are great for first timers to the city. Only wish it included a bus tour of the city too.Maria F., United States, 08-2010
Very Pleased! Thank You!Alice F., Canada, 08-2010

Easy and a great value.dave b., United States, 06-2010
Very good if you know that you are going to do most of the activities like we did. Would get them again. We were able to get the passes activated at the tourist center under the cable cars but ended up paying for the cable cars the first time we used them as the person at the cable car ticket kiosk neglected to tell us we could get them activated 150' from her.PATRICIA C., United States, 04-2010
Well worth the money. Museums were outstanding and boat tour was a lot of fun. Great deal as well for riding bus and cable cars all over San Francisco. Pays for itself on the first entrance fee for a family vacation.Eva J., United States, 03-2010
Good package at a good price. John F., United States, 02-2010
The Aquarium on the Bay is wonderful and the Blue & Gold Fleet water tour was very good also. As far as using the Muni Transportation system outside of the actual cable cars is terrible. Stops and routes are not clearly marked for pick ups and times. No clear maps to help you get around, except on the trolley cars. Many people lost and complained of public transportation. Otherwise a Great place to visit!CINDY L., United States, 09-2009
Overall the tour package was great--just had a problem finding the visitors center to redeem voucher for tour bookKent R., United States, 08-2009
It was a good package for sightseeing.Kumiko L., United States, 07-2009
It's hard to grade the tours in one lump sum when they were each different and when I wouldn't give each one the same rankings. Sheila P., United States, 12-2008
Buying the citypass online is super easy and an excellent savings. Now that there are more pick up places, it's even easier than before. We use San Fran's mass transit and having the city pass made it so easy to use, as well as saving money. The tours that are included are also wonderful. Deborah D., United States, 07-2008
This was a well rounded pass, although we couldn't get to see everything, we were pleased with what we did get to do.Carol R., Canada, 05-2008
check ahead of time for free or discounted days or times when there are big conventions in town.kenneth l., United States, 03-2008
Using the public transportation passes are the best way to get around in San Francisco. The parking is expensive, but there are some parking lots less expensive than the parking garage across from Pier 39. Look around in the Pier area for cheaper all day parking lots and take the transportation passes to go from one location to another. It is a lot of fun if the streetcars and cable cars are not too crowded. Judy H., United States, 12-2007
Pass was heavy on art museums, all excellent but alot to absorb in 7 days. The best part was the MUNI pass which allowed us to go all over the city. The Pier 39 bonus was a waste, had to spend much to get little. The Boudin museum was closed (schedule was not listed on voucher) but the bread was great. The pass took us to all parts of the city which we enjoyed. Janet A., United States, 10-2007

Good value and we went on some tours which we would not otherwise have done (eg Acquarium) which were better than we expected.Barrie P., United Kingdom, 04-2007
