The tour was good overall, but it would be nice to have a few more options to hop on/off. We were able to walk from Union Square to Chinatown and Italian area...and then walked right back to Union square to get picked up. We got off at the main shopping plaza and when we tried to get onto the buss an hour later, the tour guide stopped for 30 seconds and sped off (he said when we got off that he would wait 3 minutes at the stop)! We didn't even have time to walk to where he had stopped to get back on. We waited another hour and ran to catch the buss the next time and made it. Driver let us off outside St Francis of Assisi saying he'd pick us up in 1 hr. One hour and twenty (five) minutes later another driver picked us up when we hailed him, saying we should have been at the previous corner. Guest are asked to meet at The San Francisco Sightseeing Ticket Office at PIER 39 at Fisherman's Wharf - located along the Embarcadero. There is ample paid parking lots and a parking lot directly across from Pier 39 and very limited metered street parking is available.
Handicapped Accessibility:
- Passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the bus on their own and if the wheelchair can be folded. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.
Payment:
Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.
Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Reservation may be cancelled, without penalty, at least 24 Hours prior to the confirmed tour date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
