My trip to Yosemite National Park was a wonderful experience. There were many scenic views to explore. However, due to the tight schedule, it would be advisable to plan the schedule and visiting areas ahead. One good alternative is to stay over-night to avoid the tendency to rush for time.Joseph G., , 09-2008
Booking was really easy via internet (we're in Australia) and the trip to Yosemite was great. September was probably not the best time to see the park (told Spring is the best) but the scenery was breathtaking nonetheless. Important: Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. Sells out quickly. Rate includes roundtrip transportation, park entrance fee, Hotel Accommodations with tax and baggage handling. Tour price per person in U.S. Dollars includes room and taxes. Child rate applies to ages 5-11 sharing room with adult.
Departure Location:
Guest are asked to meet at PIER 43 1/2 at The Gray Line Ticket Office, San Francisco, CA 94133 located in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. There is ample paid parking lots and very limited metered street parking is available. Guests should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.
Complimentary Hotel Pickup:
Complimentary hotel pick up is offered from most hotels in San Francisco. Please be punctual for your pick up time, but allow at least ten 10 minutes for possible traffic delay. Click Here for a Hotel Pick Up List
During the winter months of November - April:
Guests visiting from November 1st - April 31st will visit Yosemite via Motorcoach with Return to San Francisco via Amtrack Train. All train ticket prices are included in the tour rate and train tixkets will be given to you upon your departure from San Francisco. All information regarding your return via train will be provided by your tour guide on Day 1.
Payment:
Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards
Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellation 21 days before tour date will incur a $50.00 per person cancellation fee. Cancellation 3 - 20 days before the tour date will be charged 50% of the tour cost. Cancellation within 2 Days of the Tour Date is non-refundable. No Shows are charged 100%
Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.

We are liable only while you are traveling on motorcoaches operated by us. If there are any adverse conditions along the tour route, we reserve the right to bypass such areas. We may decline the sale of the tour or to retain any person as a member of the tour at any time.
