An excellent tour. With so many to choose from I found that this one had exactly what we were looking for. Booking and ticketing was easy. The coach was comfortable and the driver informative. Many options were given for what to do on arrival in Yosemite. The Valley Floor Tour is exceptional and covers all the "must see" points if you are only there for one day. Should you be fortunate enough to have a longer period, spend the arrival day getting to know your way around a bit and go for some of the walks on your other day/s. Very well organized and 'on time' arrivals & departures. The guides are really knowledgeable, and perform well both as safe drivers & stand up comedians. Our guide name was Leo on way in and Walter on way out and we enjoyed a fun and informative ride with both of them.

Overall feedback is positive. Pick up time was late, schedule was 7.45 - 8 and bus wasnt there till 8.45. Within first hour after pick up in Pleasanton there were already 3 stops,which seems too much. The Hotel (Yosemite View Lodge) was very nice. Great rooms, good service. The website and voucher had a half day tour to Glacier point. Glacier point was closed, but expectation was another tour to replace this and there was nothing. You shouldn't advertise a half day tour as included in the price if it does not happen, this does not show good value for money. Dinner on the way back an hour before drop off seems redundant as well

Important: River = River View Room & Mtn = Mountain View Room. Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. Price is per person and includes roundtrip transportation, Hotel Accommodation, Park Entry Fee, tax and baggage handling. Child rate applies to ages 3-17 sharing room with adult.
Departure Location:
Guest are asked to meet at PIER 43 1/2 at The Gray Line Ticket Office, San Francisco, CA 94133 located in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. There is ample paid parking lots and very limited metered street parking is available. Guests should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.
Complimentary Hotel Pickup:

During the winter months of November - April:
Guests visiting from November 1st - April 31st will visit Yosemite via Motorcoach with Return to San Francisco via Amtrack Train. All train ticket prices are included in the tour rate and train tixkets will be given to you upon your departure from San Francisco. All information regarding your return via train will be provided by your tour guide on Day 1.
Payment:
Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards
Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 21 days in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-48 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellation 21 days before tour date will incur a $50.00 per person cancellation fee. Cancellation 3 - 20 days before the tour date will be charged 50% of the tour cost. Cancellation within 2 Days of the Tour Date is non-refundable. No Shows are charged 100%
Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.

We may decline the sale of the tour or to retain any person as a member of the tour at any time.
