The Muir woods tour was well worth the money, though you had to move at a steady pace to make it around the loop in 1 hour. There is a shorter loop for people who like to take it slow. Our driver, Kenneth, was very knowledgeable and funny and did a great job pointing out sites and explaining the are's history. He stopped the bus at the Golden Gate Bridge so we could take pictures and gave suggestions on where to grab a bite to eat in Susalito. The Bay Cruise was fun and informative. Got a great close up view of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge and the Wharf as well as several different sea vessels. Lots of opportunity to tame amazing pictures.Karin R., United States, 11-2011

My wife and I recently spent a week in San Francisco and we participated in several different tours and programs. However, this tour was the highlight of our week! While Alcatraz was a unique and thought-provoking experience, and crossing the Golden Gate bridge the first time on a dubble-decker bus was breath-taking, this tour was the most educational and informative one. This exceptionally good experience was largely due to our tour guide, Jay. He was the "ultimate guide"! Jay was exceptionally knowledgable, beyond what was needed for that particular tour. Yet, he was humble and respectful. He had a very good sense of humour, but was serious enough about what he was talking about. He filled the hours with giving us information constantly, without ever overwhelming us with unnecessary details. He seemed genuinaly passionate about the woods and conservation, without making it sound like a personal agenda. We followed his suggestions in the woods, and saw precisely what he told us, had a full experience and got back to the bus just on time. Guest are asked to meet at The Sightseeing Ticket Office at 2627 Taylor Street, San Francisco, CA 94133 located at the corner of Taylor and North Point in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. There is ample paid parking lots and very limited metered street parking is available. Guests should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
