My congratulations and gratefulness to the driver-tour guide-professionally excellent. Also the staff in the office-very helpful--but maybe you will need another restroom in that office for the tourists,people usually go to the restroom as a precaution before getting in a long bus ride.Francisco T., United States, 09-2009
We did our tour in August. A very relaxing day of touring. The bus tour was informative. The bus itself managed tight corners and steep streets with no trouble at all.
The Golden Gate cruise was relaxing and the bridge itself looks quite enormous when seen from below. You cruise around the old prison island but don't go ashore.
A good day for younger children as there is no 'getting off and on again' either the bus or the boat once you are onboard. The boat has a snack bar for coffee, drinks and eats.

- Departure Location: Guest are asked to meet at The Sightseeing Ticket Office at 865 Beach Street San Francisco, CA 94109 located in Fisherman's Wharf. There is a parking garage located literally next door. We can validate your parking in the form of a VIP Parking Pass that costs $12 and cover 12 hours. We ask that you please park your vehicle first, and purchase the parking pass during check-in time. Guests should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
