It was a great tour. Our driver, Bill, was very knowledgeable and he hit on most of the main attractions of San Francisco that he could access with the bus. We had a few stops where we got off the bus to take pictures. It was an awesome tour regardless of the rain. This is my second time on Tower Tours. We did the San Francisco City Tour both times. The first time was short as compared to the extended tour this time (it was great!). However, even though our driver was very very good and funny. It was hard at times to understand his English when talking into the microphone. He was very imformative and the tour was above average. we had booked this bus tour via internet. payment procedure, printing e-tickets, done. the bus tour was excellent, a professional driver with outstanding knowledge of San Francisco. Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Twin Peaks and so much more. we've only spent 3 days in SF and that tour was a topper.

- Departure Location: Guest are asked to meet at The Sightseeing Ticket Office at 865 Beach Street San Francisco, CA 94109 located in Fisherman's Wharf. There is a parking garage located literally next door. We can validate your parking in the form of a VIP Parking Pass that costs $12 and cover 12 hours. We ask that you please park your vehicle first, and purchase the parking pass during check-in time. Guests should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.
- Complimentary Hotel Pickup: Complimentary hotel pick up is offered from most hotels in San Francisco. Please be punctual for your pick up time, but allow at least ten 10 minutes for possible traffic delay. San Francisco Hotel Pick Up List

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
