Roberto was an outstanding guide providing a wealth of information about the route through San Francisco and to each winery. However, upon leaving the last winery the air conditioner failed on the bus so the 1.5 hour ride back to SF was absolutely miserable with the bus interior reaching at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit. It was 94 plus in Napa. I'm from Texas and know exactly triple digit weather feels so no exaggeration of bus interior temp. I notified Gray Line Tours of this issue as we returned from Napa and they did not offer so much as an apology. Anna M., United States, 09-2011

The Sonoma/Napa wine tour was a great value and a lot of fun! The Grayline service picked me up at my hotel and we left for the day from their location at Pier 39. It was a nice day although we could have visited a couple more wineries. That was the only disappointment as I had thought we would visit 5 but we only visited 3. Initially I had thought I would not make all of my purchases at the first 2 locations, then we were told the 3rd location would be our last chance for purchase. I was surprised and wished I would have purchased more at the first 2 stops. All in all though it was a very nice day and the trip was worth the cost. Enjoy!Dina G., United States, 02-2010

Departure Point and Hotel Pick Up:

Guest are asked to meet at The San Francisco Sightseeing Ticket Office at PIER 41 at Fisherman's Wharf. This is located on the ground Floor of The Franciscan Restaurant. There is ample paid parking lots and very limited metered street parking is available.

Wheelchair facilities are available. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the bus on their own and if the wheelchair can be folded. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Reservation may be cancelled, without penalty, at least 24 Hours prior to the confirmed tour date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
