- A contact list emailed to you daily of Names, Addresses and Email addresses from potential customers requesting maps from our site.
- Your companies name, information and URL on our auto responder email from map requests.
- Your companies logo and information on our Web Request Thank You Cards included with each map request mailed.
- Banner hits and click-through report emailed to you monthly.
- Your banner links directly to your own site, bringing customers directly to you.
- Listing and information under appropriate heading on mapwest.com

Package 2 - Standard Banner Advertising
Standard Banner Advertising places your banner on our site in a rotating set of banners. The banner advertisements are always visible in the lower portion of our site. This package includes:
- Your banner linked to your listing within our site. This package provides an affordable and effective way to advertise on the web if you don't have your own web site or a URL will be included in your listing for visitors that want additional information.

Package 3 - Horozontal Logo Placement Advertising
Horozontal Logo Placement Advertising places your logo on the left hand side of our site in a rotating set of logos. The logo advertisements are always visible in the left hand side of our site. This package includes:
- Your logo linked to your listing within our site. This package provides a way for your companies name to reach thousands of visitors before they come to San Francisco and the Bay Area. Your own URL can be included in your listing for visitors that want additional information.

Terms and Conditions
of Advertising on mapwest.com
NOTICE: These guidelines are for web advertising and sponsorships only.
- Advertising
Terms: All advertising agreements require a minimum three month
commitment. Terms are net 7 on approved credit applications. All prices
quoted for advertising are for Web Site Advertising Only. Rates are
subject to change and existing charges will remain in effect until the
term of your advertising has expired. You will be notified in advance
of any change in fees. Non payment of any advertising fees will result
in the termination of your advertisement. No refunds for unused advertising
display time shall be provided if you cancel your advertisement.
- Right to Refuse
Certain Ads: MAPWEST reserves the right to refuse to display ads
which it feels, at its sole discretion, are inappropriate for the content
and purpose of the MAPWEST web site.
- Limitation
of Liability: MAPWEST Inc. will not be liable for any special, incidental,
or consequential damages for any events arising out of or in connection
with advertising placed on the MAPWEST Web Site. We are not liable for
loss of advertising space or time where the conditions or loss arise
out of the failure of equipment or electronic communications - server
down time.
- Misc. and Other
Conditions: MAPWEST will not guarantee advertisements will produce
any specific sales and cannot guarantee specific page impressions/hit
rates either to the MAPWEST Web Site or to links outside the MAPWEST
Site. MAPWEST reserves the right to discontinue our Web Site Advertising
Program or completely eliminate our Web Site at our sole discretion.
Should this occur, fees paid for advanced advertising on the Web Site
would be prorated and a refund provided accordingly.
